Suwanee is located about 30 miles north of Atlanta. Suwanee is located on Interstate 85 providing easy access to downtown Atlanta. It has a population of approximately 16,000 residents. In 2007, Suwanee was recognized by Money Magazine as one of the country’s best small communities to live in. Suwanee is a progressive, friendly community known throughout the state for preserving greenspace and creating parks. Suwanee has more than 500 acres of parkland and miles of walking trails and biking trails.
Town Center Park is located on the corner of Buford Highway and Lawrenceville –Suwanee Rd. This ten acre park is a primary gathering place for community residents.It is made up of walking areas, park benches, garden areas and a terraced ampitheater that will seat 1000.



 Suwanee Creek Parkway is a great place for walkers, joggers, bikers and rollerbladers. Here you can enjoy four miles of wildlife, wetlands and woods. There are five entrance points into the Greenway. You can also visit and enjoy Suwanee Creek Park, Play town Suwanee, City Hall Park, George Pierce Park, Main Street Park and Burnette-Rogers Pavilion.

Fulton County - There were 3 homes sold. The sold price went form $342.5K to $257.5K for an average sales price of $317.6K. The sold homes averaged 61 days on the market. There are only 2 subdivisions in this part of Suwanee, Blackstone and Riverwalk.
Forsyth County - There were 47 homes sold. The price range went from $895K to $223.5K for an average sales price of $424.3K. The sold homes averaged 114 days on the market.
Gwinnett County - There were 85 homes sold. The price range went from $2.5M to $96K for an average sales price of $319.7k. The sold homes averaged 114 days on the market.
