  • Advise you on the presentation of an offer.
  • Present the offer to the listing agent on your behalf.
  • Advise you on all negotiations working to get you the best terms of the deal.
  • Provide you with a list of certified inspectors
  • Schedule home inspection with listing agent.
  • Review the home inspection report with you and put together the inspection amendment of repair requests.
  • Present the amendment to the listing agent and negotiate the repairs on your behalf.
  • Set up closing time and date with closing attorney.
  • Provide necessary documents to closing attorney.
  • Schedule final walk through of home just prior to closing to ensure all repairs have been completed and home is in move in ready condition.
  • Attend the closing with you.
  • Follow up with you after the closing to make sure you are satisfied.
