Plan
- Discuss your needs with you to include specifics on the home you want to find, the area you desire, the price range and the time frame.
- Send you available properties via email from the Multiple Listing Service.
- Set appointments to preview those properties of interest to you.
- Provide you with a detailed market analysis for the home(s) you are interested in possibly making an offer on.
- Advise you on the presentation of an offer.
- Present the offer to the listing agent on your behalf.
- Advise you on all negotiations working to get you the best terms of the deal.
- Provide you with a list of certified inspectors
- Schedule home inspection with listing agent.
- Review the home inspection report with you and put together the inspection amendment of repair requests.
- Present the amendment to the listing agent and negotiate the repairs on your behalf.
- Set up closing time and date with closing attorney.
- Provide necessary documents to closing attorney.
- Schedule final walk through of home just prior to closing to ensure all repairs have been completed and home is in move in ready condition.
- Attend the closing with you.
- Follow up with you after the closing to make sure you are satisfied.
