 I hope the move for you and your family is as exciting for you as it was for my family 16 years ago.

Atlanta is a great place to live offering a great many things to do for everyone.  But first we must get the move done and get settled in. I know for me it was my first move and there was a lot to learn and do in a short period of time, like finding a home in 4 days!

I began my Real Estate career 10 years ago and began working with relocation the 1st year. I understand the relocation business very well. I have experience working with many major companies helping their employees get relocated. I know what it is like first hand to move to another part of the country handling the affairs in one part of the country while worrying that everything is going okay in the new area.

If you’re not familiar with the area you worry about the schools, the travel time to work, the lifestyle for your family etc. I want to let you know that I make it my job to help you with all of those things. I begin by sending you a package I have put together which contains a lot of great information broken down by county.  The package contains school information pertaining to public and private schools, a magazine with information about many of the counties a map of the area which all my clients have found to be very helpful.

Fortunately for us the internet has become an extremely valuable tool. Once we have narrowed down the area and specific criteria you have for a home I will begin sending you listings meeting your criteria. When you have a home finding trip set up I will block out all the time we need to find you your home. I will show you only homes meeting the criteria you have given me. We don’t need to spend time looking at homes of no interest to you.

After we have found the home I will negotiate the best deal for you. I will give you market statistics for homes that have sold in the neighborhood and surrounding area before we make an offer.

After we have an accepted deal and you have gone home I stay on top of all the details here to make sure there are no glitches and we get to close on time. We don’t need to have you sitting with a truck full of furniture and no where to go! I will keep you updated via email and/or phone on a regular basis.
